Our group focuses on getting our clients healthy, resilient, and strong through our exclusive & extensive My HealthMatrix™ Alachua anti-aging and hormone clinic, medical approach to training & functional rehab, soft-tissue massage therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. We are everything you wish you could have at your Doctor’s office and much more.
How do we do it?
We treat every person as the individual that they are. Each person has a unique medical history, conditions, injury history, movement patterns, and capacity. We spend a lot of time identifying what you need and ways we can improve upon your overall health. We collaborate with our in-house medical partners to help you navigate your way back to health. Our facility is highly successful because of the time we spend investing in our clients & patients.
Why do we do it?
We set out to create something better. A facility who can answer to your specific needs for improving your health and preventing chronic disease. The standard healthcare system has failed us all. In a world where insurance dictates practice, we all lose. Modern medicine has failed to “treat” their patients and at best, “manages” conditions only after we get sick.
