The Art of using touch to promote healing and wellness

Christie is our resident Licensed Massage Therapist. She has been working in and around our training facility for over 10 years. She specializes in a form of bodywork called Structural Integration, which focuses on manipulating connective tissue, or fascia, throughout the body to improve postural challenges, alleviate pain, and recover injuries quicker. Her in-depth working knowledge of anatomy she developed by working in the training facility is what sets her apart from others in her field.

Each patient is unique and therefore her approach is based on individual demands. Christie’s in-depth bodywork and massage incorporates deep tissue, sports massage, movement, Theragun™ percussion and utilizes BioMat™ Technology for total body wellness and to restore function and reduce pain.
